Born in Backyards,
Aged in Ambition

What started as a backyard experiment between three neighbors is now a small-batch, handcrafted whiskey journey, aged in American oak barrels. This is the spirit of Drum Wood Caskers — bold, bootleg-inspired, and proudly New Jersey.

The Accidental Distillers

One chance meeting over a toy foam rocket launched a journey into whiskey-making. What we couldn’t make legally, we sourced legally — aging, blending, and bottling it ourselves with intention and care.

A close-up of a glass with ice cubes as dark amber liquid is being poured from a bottle. The background has blurred lights, giving a warm, inviting atmosphere.
