Interstate 4-Grain Mash

Bootlegger’s Edition

For the Interstate 4-Grain Mash, we used new American oak octave barrels with a #3 char. Our distillate entered the barrel at a slightly diluted 116 proof and aged for 20 months in a non-temperature controlled room.

We filtered the whiskey and bottled it down to 100 proof in kiln dried 750ml bottles.

Not for sale (yet), but ready for sipping and sharing among friends.
